UCloud is a user-friendly HPC platform where you can work with data directly in the browser through a graphical interface and pre-installed tools. The platform can be used across disciplines and technical levels, and it also supports working with data in a secure environment, including sensitive data.

UCloud can, for example,  support activities such as:

  • Data analysis
  • Programming
  • Testing AI tools and language models
  • Recording and transcription
  • Collaboration on shared files and workflows.

For technical courses, UCloud can also help reduce time spent on software setup. By giving students access to a standardised environment directly in the browser, UCloud can make it easier for students to get started and help keep teaching time focused on learning and course content rather than technical issues.

If you are planning to use UCloud in your teaching, this webinar can be included as part of your course activities. Both teachers and students are welcome to join and get a shared introduction to the platform. Both teachers and students must register themselves. The webinar will be held online via Microsoft Teams, and all participants must sign up individually.

You can read more about UCloud here.
